Thank you for purchasing electric scooters and bicycles from our store. We offer clear and professional after-sales service for JOYOR, KUKIRIN, and DYU products sold by JOFEN. Below are the warranty terms for each brand.

🛴 JOYOR Electric Scooter Warranty

1. Registration & Eligibility

  • Warranty is automatically registered upon purchase.
  • Applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Starts from the date the product is received.
  • Valid for up to 2 years.

2. Warranty Period & Services

Within 15 days Return without reason (buyer pays €25–35 shipping)
Within 30 days Return due to product fault
Within 2 months Exchange due to defect
Within 6 months Free return to overseas warehouse for repair
Within 1 year Free parts (Battery: 6 months, others: 1 year)
1–2 years Free parts (buyer pays shipping)
After 2 years All costs borne by the customer

3. Exclusions

  • Modified scooters or batteries
  • Collision or accident damage
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. brake pads, tires)
  • Improper maintenance or incompatible parts
  • Electrical corrosion due to poor contact care

4. Warranty Process

🛴 KUKIRIN Electric Scooter Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Up to 24 months for the scooter.
  • 6 months for the battery.
  • 14 days for wear parts like tires and brake discs.
  • Available to original purchasers only.

2. Warranty Solutions

  • Replacement parts shipped with instructions.
  • Defective scooters exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective accessories replaced with equivalent parts.
  • EU customers enjoy repair services locally.

3. Warranty Exclusions

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Misuse (e.g., water damage, stunts, crashes)
  • Accidents, natural disasters, neglect
  • Improper handling or expired warranty
  • Loss, theft, or use of free promotional items
  • No proof of purchase provided

4. Warranty by Component

🚲 DYU Electric Bike Warranty

1. Warranty Scope

  • 1-year full warranty from date of receipt
  • Applies to original purchaser only
  • Transferable only if warranty still valid and original order info is provided

2. Warranty Coverage

  • Frame: Replaced if defective; labor not included; may use scratched stock frame
  • Battery: Free replacement or repair within 1 year; discounted replacement after 1 year
  • Parts: All original parts covered for 1 year (shipping costs apply)

3. Exclusions

  • Normal wear: tires, brake pads, chains, etc.
  • External damage: scratches, dents
  • Improper use: stunt riding, racing
  • Battery misuse or seal tampering
  • Fire, storm, or other force majeure

4. Claims Process

  • Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days

5. Additional Notes

  • Free gifts are not covered under warranty
  • Customer pays for replacements after warranty
