Shipping Changes
There is no charge for address changes before the product is shipped.
When the shipping information in transit shows that the change on DHL/DPD is fail to cancel the item in transit, please refuse the package.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order before the item is shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification, you can contact our customer service by email to cancel or modify this order. Our customer service will assist you in canceling or modifying the order within 1 business day after receiving your email.
If you have received a shipping notification, please note that we can no longer cancel or modify the order. Therefore, please wait for your package to be delivered, you can choose to keep the package or contact us to return it for a refund.
