How do I know my order has been successfully placed?

Can I cancel my order for personal reasons?

Of course, you can cancel your order before the item is shipped. 1. If you have not received a shipping notification, you can contact our customer service by email to cancel or modify this order. Our customer service will assist you in canceling or modifying the order within 24 hours after receiving your email.

Can I change my order product/information?

Of course you can, but only before the order is shipped. Generally, within 24 hours after you receive the order number, you can send a request to support@jofen.net to change the product or shipping information, and we will help you change it immediately.

Do the electric scooters and electric bikes purchased in JOFEN stores have warranty?

Warranty available, please refer to warranty page for details.The warranty is valid if there is no physical damage to the electric scooter/electric bicycle or its components. What is the return and refund policy for electric scooters | electric bikes purchased from JOFEN Store?

If you no longer use or ride your electric scooter/electric bike, and only new models can be returned, you can return the Joyor electric scooter within 15 days of purchase and return it together with the original packaging. Please note that before returning, you need to contact our after-sales team to provide you with a return order, and the verification email address is support@jofen.net. What is the service life of an electric scooter|electric bicycle?

The lifespan of an electric scooter or electric bike depends on a variety of factors, including brand, range category (high, medium, low), intensity of use (mileage), type of trip (short or long distance, slope, road condition), user weight, riding habits, charging cycles, and routine maintenance or pre-ride inspections. A mid-range electric scooter or electric bike typically has a lifespan of about 2 to 3 years. However, it can continue to perform well and achieve a higher range if worn parts are upgraded and replaced before major problems occur.

When can I receive my package?

Our electric scooters and electric bikes are shipped from local warehouses, excluding accessories. It is expected to be delivered within 2-7 working days. The delivery time is related to the distance between your address and the warehouse. Any delivery date provided by JOFEN is an estimate.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Same-day orders will be shipped within 48 hours and we will send you a confirmation email so you can track the order status. You can always check the shipping status at https://www.17track.net/zh-cn using the tracking number in the email. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number within 48 hours, please contact support@jofen.net.
