Waranty

1. Warranty

JOFEN applies a 1–2 year warranty to all products. Unless otherwise provided by EU law, JOFEN is not responsible for warranty periods exceeding those specified by manufacturers and suppliers. JOFEN respects the rights and claims of customers.

If the product is defective during the warranty period, please contact us at support@jofen.net. We will send you a return form. After approval, the product can be returned for repair.

If the defect is caused by the customer, JOFEN will estimate the cost of repair (materials, labor, and return shipping). These costs will not be covered by JOFEN.

2. Registration & Eligibility

  • Warranty is automatically registered upon purchase.
  • Applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Starts from the date the product is received.
  • Valid for up to 2 years.

3. Repair

For repairs, please email support@jofen.net with a description of the issue and attach a short video or photo. We will respond within 24 business hours.

4. Returns

Orders can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning to get approval. Once approved by JOFEN, the product must be:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • In original packaging
  • Including all accessories and instructions

Customers are responsible for proper packaging. After approval, the item must be returned within 7 days.

5. Warranty Period & Services

Within 30 days Return due to product fault
Within 2 months Exchange due to defect
Within 6 months Free return to overseas warehouse for repair

6. Warranty Exclusions

  • Warranty period has expired
  • Improper use
  • Collision or accident damage
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. brake pads, tires)
  • Electrical corrosion due to poor contact
  • Modification or non-original condition
  • Improper maintenance or use of incompatible accessories
  • Unsupported software or firmware

Note: If the defect is customer-caused, all repair and shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Warranty Coverage by Component

Email support@jofen.net with your order number and supporting photos/videos. All claims must be submitted within 2 years of purchase.

8. Charges & Fees

  • Non-warranty repairs will incur labor and parts charges.
  • Shipping (to and from) is the customer’s responsibility if the item is not under warranty.
  • JOFEN will provide a repair quote for non-covered cases.

9. Warranty Limitations

  • JOFEN is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • For unresolved issues, JOFEN may return the scooter until parts are available.
  • Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item.
